Ova jamstvena politika objašnjava jamstvena prava koja imate prilikom kupnje proizvoda od Pick4U.


1. Legal Warranty (EU 2-Year Guarantee)

All products sold in the EU are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law.

This means:

✔ Products must be as described
✔ Products must be fit for purpose
✔ Products must be free from manufacturing defects

If a product becomes faulty within 2 years, you may be entitled to:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund (partial or full, depending on case)

2. Warranty Eligibility

The legal guarantee applies if:

✔ the defect existed at the time of delivery
✔ the defect appears within 2 years
✔ the product was used under normal conditions

Does NOT apply to:

– damage caused by misuse
– wear & tear
– accidental damage
– modifications by the customer
– unauthorized repairs
– water damage (if not waterproof product)


3. Manufacturer Warranty

Some items may include an additional manufacturer warranty.

Where applicable:

  • the duration varies by brand
  • it covers specific technical defects
  • customer must follow manufacturer procedures

If a manufacturer warranty exists, it will be noted on the product page.


4. What is Not Covered

The following items are excluded:

  • consumables (batteries, filters, etc.)
  • accessories damaged through use
  • cosmetic damage
  • products without proof of purchase
  • products that show signs of misuse

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

4️⃣ Provide:

  • clear photos/videos of the issue
  • order number
  • description of the problem
  • any troubleshooting already done

Our team will review within 24–72 hours.


6. Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer:

  • replacement of the defective item
  • repair (if available)
  • partial or full refund
  • store credit

7. Timeline & Handling

Warranty claims are typically resolved within:

  • 3–7 business days (EU suppliers)
  • 5–14 business days (international suppliers)

Complex cases may take longer, depending on manufacturer requirements.


8. Costs

If the product is confirmed defective:

✔ Return shipping is covered by Pick4U or the supplier
✔ Repair or replacement is free of charge

If the defect is NOT covered by warranty:

❌ The customer pays return and repair costs.
